The focus is to create heartfully-crafted food, both from a passion perspective as well as a healthy perspective. Items like their butter dishes, creamers and some of the plates from Fernandina Clay, to clams from New Smyrna, to produce from the Jacksonville area and glassware from recycled wine bottles are a reflection of those values. The Coast logo symbolizes the Atlantic Ocean, land and dunes, and its shape represents gathering, or the coming together of friends and family.
