Just about everyone starts their new year off vowing to eat better, smarter and healthier. And, although we all mean well, sometimes it’s hard to stick with that plan for FOMO (fear of missing out). But, I’m here to tell you that eating healthier doesn’t have to mean bland or boring food. These Amelia Island restaurants and cafes offer delicious options for those who want to honor their new year’s resolution all year round.
