The Amelia Island Trail or AIT is a multi-use 7-mile trail that runs from Peters Point Beachfront Park to Amelia Island State Park on the south end of Amelia Island. Much of the paved, tree-lined route parallels Highway A1A, a scenic byway, and the trail is part of the East Coast Greenway, a growing trail network stretching from Florida to Maine.
The Amelia River to Sea Trail or ARTS is a multi-use 3-mile trail going from Crane Island to the beach at Simmons Road.
