We are here for folks with transportation needs, whether it’s airport, doctor’s appointment, etc. We prefer using TEXT to communicate with our clients as we have found that relying on text messages is a much safer and more expedient method of getting and keeping in touch, at least initially.
When you initially make inquiries about our services, just send us a text with your name and question, and we’ll respond. If it is something we can readily arrange (e.g., a flight arrival) we will log it into our calendars, text you and we’re good to go. If it’s something that needs more discussion (e.g., doctor’s appointments and whether you’ll need us to bring you home) then we will follow up with a phone conversation. In all cases we will CONFIRM THE DAY PRIOR with a text whether to call Nick’s or Kathy’s cell and the type of vehicle to expect.
In the case of flight arrivals, we arrive early and wait for you in the cell phone lot following your flight’s progress on our phone apps. Once you have landed, we ask that you text us. Once you HAVE ALL YOUR BAGGAGE please text and either send us a selfie or describe what you are wearing so we can easily identify you outside your airline’s baggage claim.
