Join us for book signing with local children’s book author Lizzette Harris. As an added bonus, Marcus the Westie will be making an appearance too! Lizzette Harris is the author of Marcus Finds Fantastic Flavors and Good Morning, Amelia Island. She’s a mom, a wife and a writer with a Westie dog, and calls Charlotte, NC and Amelia Island, FL home. One summer night as Lizzette was putting her son to bed, she made up a story about a boy and his Westie dog and their fun-filled romp around the island, complete with stops at each of her son’s favorite places on Amelia Island. He loved the story and he asked her to tell it again and again. That’s when she decided to write it down and share it with the world.
