Omni Amelia Island Resort will host its 8th Annual Fish to Fork May 9-12, 2024. With sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean and beautiful tree canopies as a backdrop, the weekend will offer an unmatched foodie experience, with true dock-to-dish specialties in a fun and interactive atmosphere. The resort will welcome renowned chefs from around the country to showcase their fishing and culinary skills, leading up to a final chef showdown on Saturday night with a live vote from event guests!Main Event | 6 – 9:30 p.m. | Magnolia LawnChefs compete in individual and group challenges live as event guests sample their dishes and vote for their favorites. Saturday Night’s Main Event will include live music and open bar. The Main Event is included as part of the Fish to Fork VIP, Weekend and Main Event Package experience. Main Event tickets will also be available for individual purchase.
