Christmas Market Dates: December 12-14, 2025

Vendor Information & Application

Thank you for your interest in the Annual Dickens on Centre Festival on Amelia Island!

Please review the selection of vendor booths below. A $25 application fee is required at the time of application. An invoice will be sent following review and acceptance to the Christmas Market. Please note that not all vendors who apply for certain areas of the Christmas Market will be accepted in their requested area. You may be asked to vend in a location better suited for the Christmas Market flow. Preference will be given to those vendors selling handmade, holiday inspired or themed, and unique items or gifts. Booth locations once assigned are final.

Vendor Categories

2015 Dickens on Centre nighttime

Side Street Vendor

Fee: $300

Locations:

  • Tiny Tim’s Kid Zone: N 3rd Street between Centre and Alachua – Kid friendly holiday gifts, experiences & activities
  • Artist Alley: N 2nd Street between Centre and Alachua – Decor, art & homemade gifts
  • Oliver’s Alley: S 3rd Street between Centre and Ash – Unique gifts for the home, pets, “the hard to buy for”

Inclusions:

  • 10’x10’ space (no tent provided, must bring own WHITE 10×10 tent, flame retardant tent with appropriate weights)
  • 2’x10’ vinyl vendor name banner (if new, one will be provided)
  • Access to electricity. Vendor must provide extension cords which should be grounded and approved for exterior use and, as much as possible, isolated from the public

Premium Side Street Vendor

Fee: $500

Locations:

  • Tiny Tim’s Kid Zone: two (2) first spaces on either side of street entrance at Centre & N 3rd Street
  • Artists Alley: two (2) first spaces on either side of street entrance at Centre & N 2nd Street
  • Oliver’s Alley: two (2) first spaces on either side of street entrance at Centre & S 3rd Street

Inclusions:

  • 10’x10’ space (no tent provided, must bring own WHITE 10×10 tent, flame retardant tent with appropriate weights)
  • 2’x10’ vinyl vendor name banner (if new, one will be provided)
  • Access to electricity. Vendor must provide extension cords which should be grounded and approved for exterior use and, as much as possible, isolated from the public

Dickens Vendors downtown

Centre Street Vendor

Fee: $500

Location:

  • Centre Street from 4th to Front Streets
  • Because of limited spaces, vendors will be accepted to Centre Street at the discretion of the event producer

Inclusions:

  • 10’x10’ space
  • 10’x10’ tent w/ weights & sidewalls (please note that back and side walls will be installed. If a vendor would like back or side walls removed during the event, it is the responsibility of the vendor to do so. Only front walls will be taken down & put up by tent wall team)
  • Tent set-up & breakdown
  • Two (2) 6’ tables &+ two (2) chairs – vendor responsible for set-up & breakdown of tables and chairs
  • 2’x10’ vinyl vendor name banner (if new, one will be provided)
  • Access to electricity. Vendor must provide extension cords which should be grounded and approved for exterior use and, as much as possible, isolated from the public

Premium Centre Street Vendor

Fee: $750

Locations:

  • Corner of 2nd Street (4)
  • Corner of 3rd Street (4)
  • Because of limited spaces, vendors will be accepted to Centre Street at the discretion of the event producer

Inclusions:

  • 10’x10’ space
  • 10’x10’ tent w/ weights & sidewalls (please note that back and side walls will be installed. If a vendor would like back or side walls removed during the event, it is the responsibility of the vendor to do so. Only front walls will be taken down & put up by tent wall team)

Food Trucks

Fee: $300

NEW Location:

  • Oliver’s Eats: N 2nd Street between Artist’s Alley and Alachua Street

Inclusions:

  • Space necessary to accommodate food truck/trailer
  • Access to basic electricity. Vendor must provide information on application regarding electrical needs including amperage. Quiet generators are encouraged and should be shielded from the public for safety and noise. Vendor must provide extension cords which should be grounded and approved for exterior use and, as much as possible, isolated from the public

2018 Amelia - Dickens on Centre

Food Vendors

Fee: $300

Various locations throughout the festival

Inclusions:

  • Vendor must bring own WHITE 10×10 tent, flame retardant tent with appropriate weights
  • 2’x10’ vinyl vendor name banner (if new, one will be provided)
  • Access to electricity. Vendor must provide extension cords which should be grounded and approved for exterior use and, as much as possible, isolated from the public
