Doughnuts are what's for Breakfast

Greet the morning with doughnuts and coffee from Vintage Donuts, located in the heart of downtown Fernandina Beach.

These aren’t your average doughnuts. It all starts with a made-from-scratch vanilla cake doughnut… then a chosen icing, followed by a topping and finally a drizzle to finish it off. They’re amazing, totally designed by you, and you’re going to want a dozen to take with you.

Walk or Ride into History

You can’t come to Amelia Island without going to Fort Clinch State Park, a Civil War era fort and state park providing daily fort tours, trails for biking and hiking, beachcombing, sunbathing, swimming, and surf fishing.

If you love history, you will love walking the grounds of the old fort as soldiers reenact what life was like back in 1864.

Dining and Duck Pinz

You’ve heard of miniature golf but have you ever heard of miniature bowling? Duck Pinz is the latest craze downtown and it’s way too much fun. The duck pinz balls are smaller with no holes and the lanes and pins are shorter. Also, did I mention that there’s a craft cocktail and bourbon bar upstairs overlooking the alley’s?

After bowling, walk next door to Cafe Karibo for a delicious dinner in an eclectic atmosphere. Dine under the oaks on the patio, or have a seat in the cafe with an fun palette of colors and furnishings. Cafe Karibo offers an array of tasty entrees like steak, seafood, pasta, and salads.
