There is no permit required to have your own beach wedding on Amelia Island. Just choose your public beach access point (over 40 to choose from).
Sea turtles nest between May 1st and October 31st on our beaches. During this season, lighting and flash photography is not allowed pre-dawn or post-dusk on the beach.
Leashed pets are allowed on the beaches of Amelia Island, but must be picked up after.
Consider substituting bird seed for rice.
